I have a thing for art.. all mediums and so many different styles. I fell for Jenny's art over the summer and the feeling continues on today! I love her pieces because they seem so alive and would bring a space to life so easily. Bold beautiful colors mixed perfectly. There are 2 pieces in my office that I need to frame and hang still and I cannot wait! Check out some of her other pieces and grab one for yourself - you will love it...

Dark accents..
Lately this look has drawn me in. Clean white walls and neutral flooring with dark accents to really set off the space. Simplicity with a little punch.
Love Love the purple tolix in the mix!

the beauty of purple...
This post is for my Grandma whom we lost a few weeks ago.
She was a lover of purple... her clothes were almost always purple, her bedroom and bath had purple everywhere, purple carpet and lilac bedding and accessories. I am sure she would have loved this! She was a strong amazing woman who made strong amazing daughters and grand daughters and she will be missed very very much. xo

a fresh look..
When I first came across this home it was the kitchen that caught my eye, but I love fresh use of purple with the grey. I had two cabinets similar to these built on either side of my fireplace and I am trying to figure out which paint colors I want to use. Do I go grey to match the kitchen island and then a slightly lighter or darker shade of the same for the walls? Or do I use a creamy white as the backdrop?
The other think I love about this space is the mix- lately I have been loving the mix of modern in with a more relaxed country vibe. What do you think?
