Shed {giveaway}

http://shedtheeclectichome.com/shop

Our second gift in our Holiday giving series is from Shed...  I am super excited about this shop and their Moroccan silver pouf that they are offering!

Shedopened in 2009 in Maplewood NJ. It is a tiny store packed with a lot of oomph!  They have a great mix of modern, vintage and the unexpected. This month they launched their website in order to have a larger store without additional square footage, each item in the shop is carefully selected to give your room that extra special something, that pop that we are all looking for!

 These are a few other goodies that I saw while shopping their site.  I WANT one of those sheepskins for my kitchen nook, it is perfect for on the chairs... a little bit fun// a little bit funky!

For your chance to win the silver Moroccan pouf just follow the steps on the widget at the end of this post.  A winner will be announced on November 29th!  Best of luck!

Neptune Glassworks {lighting}

In my line of work you come across so many amazingly talented people.  I met Uri several years ago at the flea market in Pasadena, when we got to talking I convinced him to make me some custom lights for my master bathroom, which I was remodeling at the time.  They are dreamy and my all time favorite pieces in there!  Just last night I was looking for some interesting lighting for a client and remembered how amazing he is as an artist and that he had started his own company - Neptune Glassworks.

While searching his site I thought it might be a great source to share here.. the lighting is some of the most beautiful and delicate I have ever seen, all the while it has that little industrial edge that I love.  What a gift to be able to create like this!

Save vs. Splurge: Mercury Glass

 Of course, the lighting in La-Z-Boy was much better so the expensive one looks prettier here, but they really are very similar looking. And for a savings of over $265, you really can't complain!
